Our client, a FTSE 100 company, requires an Energy Operations Manager in their Property Management department. The position will be based in a London City centre office.
The company offers:
• Basic salary up to £60K per annum
• Annual bonus between 15% - 30%

Brief summary of the role:
As the successful applicant you will have responsibility for driving down energy consumption of the company's portfolio through trend analysis, energy surveys and audits by conducting energy awareness campaigns throughout the portfolio. You will also be involved in the procurement of energy. The position will involve regular travel to company sites.
Person Specification:
Essential:
• BSc in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
• Good understanding of Building Management System control systems
• Experience in Energy Management role
• Good time management
• Flexible in approach to work
Desirable:
• Member of Energy Institute, CIBSE or BIFM
• Good project management skills
