My client who is a FTSE100 company is looking to recruit an Energy Operations Manager to drive down energy consumption of the company's portfolio through trend analysis, energy surveys and audits and by conducting energy awareness campaigns throughout the portfolio.
The Energy Operations Manager will support the Head of Energy and Contracts for the procurement of energy and management of the Energy Bureau Services. Duties and responsibilities for this role will include monitoring trends for energy consumption, undertake energy surveys of high consuming buildings and identify energy and cost reductions measures, implement no cost energy reduction measures and track energy savings achieved, project manage multi site energy reduction measures within budget and timescale.
The successful candidate will have a BSc in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent), excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a good understanding of BMS control systems, experience in Energy Management role and good time management skills.
Salary is £55,000 to £60,000 per year, Bonus potential, £5,500 car allowance, 25 days holiday, BUPA Pension and Life Assurance.
