Our Client is looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader. You must have Team Leader experience in a fast paced Telesales Environment. You must be able to achieve and exceed agreed Sales Targets and deliver excellent customer service and quality standards. You will be required to motivate your team through leadership, communication, coaching, training and monitoring and ensure they are working effectively and to their full potential.
