A unique opportunity has presented itself to work within a major “Blue Chip” banking group as a Specialist Resource Consultant.
The right candidate will come from a high volume, high pressure call based human resource/recruitment environment. You will have a proven track record dealing with call centres, face to face customer service officers, and resource processors.
Awareness and proved ability dealing with low cost recruitment sources such as Job centres, Open Days, careers fairs etc and some agency engagement, utilising expert local market knowledge through sourcing the right candidates well be essential to this role.
You will have excellent understanding on how to support staffs who are exiting the group through redundancy. The requirement here is mainly delivering surgeries and workshops i.e. CV Writing/Interview skills, in a set format to clerical and junior management employees, also educating them in how to utilise knowledge of local markets to help them secure alternative employment
Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of above so that we can train them up to deliver. Previous resourcing/recruitment experience is therefore essential.
