Are you an outstanding Onsite recruiter with experience gained within the banking and finance sector? If so, this is your opportunity to work onsite as a recruiter on an permanent basis at a market leading retail bank working within a busy resourcing division focusing on providing senior interim change management professionals on one of the UK's largest change programmes. Reporting to the Head of Resourcing in London you will interface between various senior managers, and other members of the resource team and the PSL in supplying quality interims in an effective and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Engagement and management of key stakeholders in the institution
Pre-screening CV's of interims and providing shortlists to internal customers.
Arranging interviews.
Managing the offering process with agencies on the PSL.
Ensuring that the resourcing database is updated on a regular basis.
Your experience:
You will have in-house recruiting experience in a Retail Bank or similar financial services institution
You must be use to working in a high volume, time critical environment where attention to details is essential
Experience of recruiting contract/interims with a focus on senior level programme managers, project managers and business analysts etc.
The types of resources being delivered on the programme are typically Programme and Project Managers, Business Analysts, Test Managers, PMO's etc.
