My Client a FTSE 100 Property Company have an opening (Permanent position) for an experienced Property Accountant, London based.
The successful applicant will be responsible for and manage a portfolio of properties and will also be responsible for the accuracy of income and expenditure relating to that portfolio. Part Qualified / Finalist mandatory.
Responsibilities will include:
Performing monthly service charge reconciliation including reviews of prepayments, accruals and deferrals - Preparing suitable variance analysis for significant variances on portfolio of properties consult the business and resolve where applicable (OPO Analysis) - Performing annual service charge reconciliation on your portfolio within the RICS guidance - Preparation of completion statements on sale or surrender - Other ad-hoc work as required.
Essential experience to include:
Part qualified / Finalist - Ability to work under pressure - Good interpersonal skills - Commercial awareness - Flexible approach to work and Good time management skills.
