| Job Description |
Our client, a world leader in innovative tidal power technology; is on the market for a Procurement Manager to cover maternity leave for between 6 months to a year.
The successful candidate will ideally be from an engineering background, have experience in building a supply chain and be responsible for managing 2 direct reports.
The role will include the following;
Developing contract documentation
Performance criteria checks with engineering staff
Potential supplier investigation
Project manage contractors
Desirable experience in the following would be advantageous;
Quality Audits based on ISO9000
Proven track record in building and managing a supply chain
Project based procurement in an engineering environment.
