Energy Manager/ Project Manager
My Client an impressive consultancy is looking for an energy manager to join their energy and sustainability team, Your remit will be to provide technological, consulting and behavioural change services focused on improving clients sustainability profile and performance. The client portfolio includes both corporate and public sector and could be anything from a hospital to blue chip financial and manufacturing companies.
The successful applicant will probably have an electrical or mechanical engineering qualification and be experienced in building services engineering. Ideally you will have a track record that includes delivering Energy Management, Audits and Installation projects.
Essentially you will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following;
•Energy Management, including Building Energy Management systems and lighting control systems and energy efficiency auditing.
•Project Management (CDM regulations, Managing Sub-contractors, Managing Project Resource, Budgetary control etc)
You will have Key Performance Indicators in this role
•Identification of energy saving opportunities
•Delivery of wide ranging projects
•Client Satisfaction
This is a one year fixed contract, with a possibility of perm for the right applicant.
