| Job Description |
You will be required to ensure that any products and services are delivered and executed within the required timeframe and to the highest possible standards by providing effective and efficient sales administration support to the Sub-Saharan Africa sales/Business Development Teams. This will include the preparation of request for quotations, administration and coordination of any customer orders. You will also have the ability to exploit all business opportunities and chase leads.
Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Team Leader this role is measured by the response to internal RFQ’s, accuracy of submissions and of support services being provided on time, of orders placed/supplied on time to meet operational requirements.
To apply for this role you will have:
Standard Grade or Equivalent in English and Maths
Full, Clean Driving Licence
Ability to communicate fluently
Significant experience on a service support capacity
Capable of working using own initiative
Computer Literate
Supervisory/Leadership skills
Experience of Microsoft Software ie Word, Excel and if Possible Access
Ability to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines in a professional manner
