My client a leading Renewable Energy Company based in Edinburgh city centre require, a Senior Cad Engineer to join their dynamic team.
This is an interesting role at the forefront of renewable technology, the successful candidate will have fantastic 2D and 3D design draughting skills (solid works, PPD etc) – specifically in a product development environment.
It is essential that you have an experience in the following;
• Ability and creativity to take ideas to a conceptual design level, and progress from conceptual design to detailed design level.
• Good understanding of engineering practices/ common standards and material selection
• Good all round knowledge of electrical, diagrams, hydraulic systems and structural design
• Working within a robust Product Data Management environment
• Good industrial design experience within a marine based environment
