Customer Service Representatives
Our Edinburgh based client is currently recruiting highly skilled Call Centre professionals who are looking to further their career and enter into the Financial Services sector. Dealing with inbound calls, identify customers needs, managing expectations and promoting products and customers to fit the needs of the customer.
Candidates must be able to demonstration experience of working within a contact centre environment, have excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Working on a rotational shift pattern, the great opportunity is offering a starting salary of £15,300 and uncapped commission, and benefits package.
