| Job Description |
A large financial organisation based in Motherwell is looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisers for their contact centre. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding any banking queries they may have, using your outstanding customer care skills to ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a positive and professional manner. Quality is the key to this role and we’re looking for candidates who are willing to go the extra mile.
Successful candidates will have a solid working history, those who thrive on providing excellent customer service and have experience of working in a targeted environment. You will have an enthusiastic approach to generating sales leads, whilst having a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.
This is a Permanent position, min 16 hours per week typically from 16:00-22:00 Mon-Fri and Alternate Saturdays 09:30-18:00. Ongoing starts available.
