Norwegian Customer Service Adviser
A reputable company is looking to recruit native or fluent Norwegian speaking individuals to join their contact centre based in Glasgow. Our client offers a unique opportunity to work within a contact centre where your hard work and effort is rewarded and recognised. If you're interested in being just a number, then this is not the job for you.
As a Customer Service Adviser you will deal with inbound calls from new and existing customers, using your outstanding customer care skills to ensure that the customer's needs are met in a positive and professional manner. Quality is the key to this role and we're looking for candidates who are willing and passionate to go over and above the call of duty in order to achieve one call resolution and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have proven commitment to previous employers, excellent communication skills in addition to a professional attitude.
