Customer Support Adviser
Uxbridge, Middlesex
Up to £23,000 plus benefits
Based in Uxbridge a Customer Support Adviser is required on a permanent basis to provide focused contact and support to corporate customers ensuring that they are managed efficiently. The company is a UK leader in stolen vehicle devices and is also an award winner supplier, now under the umbrella of one of the world's largest financial institutions.
You will be required to take ownership for designated customers in all areas, ensure that any of their issues are resolved within service level agreements, attend regular account review meetings and maximise sales opportunities for the business.
Successful candidates will have previous experience of relationship management, have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand technical issues and be a good problem solver.
For you skills and enthusiasm my client is looking to pay a basic salary up to £23,000. As you will be working for one of the UK's largest financial companies, you will also receive an excellent benefits package including 11% pension funding.
