Customer Service Adviser - Salary £13,171 plus benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a reputable financial services organisation within their telephony contact centre in Motherwell.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Adviser, you will act as the first point of contact to customers with banking enquiries. You will be responsible for answering account enquiries, processing requests in a timely manner and promoting the company’s products and services whilst focusing on providing a first class customer experience.
Ideal Candidate:
Successful candidates will possess an exceptional telephone manner with a proven track record in customer service and working towards sales targets. Candidates should be motivated and have a desire to succeed in a customer focused environment. Telephony experience would be useful but is not essential.
