Working within their telephony contact centre based in Dunfermline, you will be the first point of contact to a wide variety of customers via incoming calls.
Ensuring an excellent customer experience is at the heart of this role and you will achieve this by creating a genuine rapport with customers whilst dealing with their general account enquiries and requests. As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be expected to proactively promote and recommend products to customer’s whist ensuring the quality of the service you deliver is excellent.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about customer service and have experience in working towards sales targets, deadlines or incentives. You will have an exceptional telephone manner and be able to provide a simple, efficient and straightforward customer experience.
