My client an Oil and Gas operator are looking for an ECM Business Analyst. This is a contract position and will be for an initial 9 months and based from my clients offices in Aberdeen.
The main duties of this role will be to provide systems analysis and support to both Livelink and Agility software.
The other main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Define, scope & cost process documentation
- Preparation of process documentation including resource requirements and timescales
- Analysis of existing processes to document & identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of risk management
- Testing of upgrades to software
- Providing user training
This role requires a candidate with excellent Business Analysis skills and a very strong track record within the Oil & Gas sector.
Previous experience of Management Systems concepts and tools is also required.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
