My client a major UK retailing company, currently have a requirement for an experience Project Manager with expertise in contact centre telephony solutions.
You will be delivering a new CTI implementation and will need to have significant experience in the delivery of similar systems in contact centre environments along with expertise of IVR systems, workforce management systems and related.
Applicants must have solid experience in the above and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivery and implementation.
