Technical Security Consultant – Edinburgh – City Centre - Permanent - Salary Negotiable
My client one of the UK's most sought after financial services employers has an opportunity for a Technical Security Consultant to join their Group Technology division within security and change management. The successful applicant will be expected to:
Have an in depth knowledge of the technical and procedural elements of Entrust PKI
Have a detailed understanding of Encryption, the certificate lifecycle and distributed technologies.
They will be used to working in an operational environment and be able to demonstrate an ability to meet strict SLAs whilst managing change to support project requests. As technical lead for the Certificate Services team the successful applicant will also be expected to provide coaching to the other members of the team and be able to present complex information to senior management.
Skills/experience:
Experience in delivery of high quality, cost effective Certificate Security Solutions
Operations experience in the distributed environment
High level of experience of Entrust Public Key Management technologies
An established background in IT Security.
Essential:
Thorough understanding of Public Key Infrastructures methodologies encryption, the certificate lifecycle and distributed technologies as well as a thorough understanding of Distributed Technologies.
