be fully conversant with different solutions stacks, both open source (incl. LAMP) and Windows / Microsoft based (e.g. WINS)

have experience of developing detailed specifications using analysis tools such as UML
take a user-centric approach to solution development, using information architecture and content strategy to maximise end-user experience
have strong experience of full development life-cycle, possibly with development experience, and a good awareness of the future for web-based services, including portals, cloud, SOA, XaaS
have worked on application solutions within the public sector arena, preferably with a knowledge of public sector infrastructure

The role will primarily be based in their Central London office but you may be required to travel throughout the UK.
