My client is an established and successful company based at Bellshill. The company is recruiting for two roles, one to support the Business Software side of the organisation and one for the IT Infrastructure Solutions side of the business.
The management team is building a high-profile and highly motivated team which will play a crucial strategic role in supporting the business's continued growth plans. In this office-based role you will be tasked with developing qualified sales leads and opportunities for the Sales Team by account managing & developing allocated prospect and customer data through telephone contact.
Technical knowledge, confidence and clarity are essential. The successful candidates will be comfortable conversing at board level. They will already be accomplished sales professionals with a record of success in account management, field sales or telephone-based selling. You will have specific commercial or IT knowledge preferably to degree level, good written and oral communication skills and experience of the business world.
This is a goal focused position requiring determination and resilience to drive results, balanced with the intellectual ability to create opportunities, providing ideas and feedback as an important part of the team. The driver in this role is quality of activity rather than quantity, with smartness of actions generating results. Bonus payments will be based upon the number and quality of opportunities you deliver, along with their subsequent progress.
The desire to learn and improve will be evident with both professional and product training & coaching playing an important part of your working week.
