| Job Description |
Key Responsibilities Include:
•Administration of Server Infrastructure to ensure stable and secure server/messaging platforms.
•Implementation, configuration, monitoring and upgrading of Server Management Software
•Build and implementation of Server Infrastructure
•Analysis of ICT infrastructure technical issues
•Resolution of escalated incidents as third line support
•Development and maintenance of documentation and procedures of current and future system infrastructure and internal process
•Participation in pilot studies for the new ICT infrastructure components
Key Skills and Experience Required:
Essential
•Minimum of 2/3 years experience in a Technical Support Analyst role
•Qualified to HNC/HND level having gained equivalent work experience in a computer related discipline
•Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003
•Knowledge of Exchange 2003
•Active Directory - Group Policy
Desirable
•IT Technology Degree
•Preferable to have gained MCSE/MCSA qualification or equivalent.
•Any other accreditation relevant to a Wintel Environment.
