Test Analyst - £20k - £25k plus bonus and benefits - Edinburgh - Permanent

This role represents an excellent opportunity to work with my client, a leading global financial services organisation in a key Test Analyst role where you will be focusing on the UAT Testing workstream.
You will be responsible for conducting UAT testing on a number of systems to endure the testing verifies that the business requirement has been delivered. You will also be responsible for the execution of the agreed test plan. Typical duties include:
Developing test cases and conditions to verify delivery of business requirements.
Creating test scripts.
Creating Test Execution Schedules.
Performing UAT Testing.
Being responsible for the creation/maintenance of UAT regression packs.
Candidates should have practical experience of UAT design and execution in a pressured environment ideally on a large complex programme, experience of gathering information from a range of different sources and in a number of different ways: e.g. data collection, interview, meetings, documentation review, etc. Candidates should also have experience of writing detailed, structured test scripts using best practice design principles. Experience of Ledger processing, Statutory and Financial reporting would also be advantageous.
