| Job Description |
My client, based in West Lothian is looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in technology.
It is essential that you are APM, PMI or Prince 2 qualified and will have experience of seeing projects through the whole life cycle.
The ideal candidate may have knowledge of the following:
• Delivery of IVR, Genesys and CTI
• Experience of MQ, Chordiant and Data Warehouse
• Fixed Line Broadband & Telephony Functional Improvements
Experience of managing CRM deliveries and managing teams in the development and test phase of a project is highly desirable.
