Our client is actively recruiting for bilingual IT Service Desk Analysts to join their busy IT Service Desk in Glasgow. Successful candidates will speak fluent English along with French or Dutch and in conjunction with other members of the team, be responsible for providing computing and telephony support services for internal staff. Specific responsibilities will include performing 1st line telephone and e-mail support including analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop, laptop, printer and telephone problems.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Native speaker, or fluent in French or Dutch combined with fluent English
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ideally at least 1 years experience providing 1st line telephone based support role in a fast paced environment, with a broad technical knowledge on a wide range of products. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office and Lotus Notes.
Successful educational background + holding or working towards MCP, MCDST or MCSE.
Whilst the above technical experience is highly desirable, training will be provided to suitable candidates with the essential language skills.
These roles are 12 month Fixed Term Contracts which are likely to extend.
