One of the countries leading Financial Services institutions is look for a candidate to join the team to develop the next generation of e-mobile/Online retail banking methods via mobile/handheld and PDA devices. Dealing with millions of customers the candidate will be responsible for improving the customer experience and driving business processes.
This multi brand role will primarily focus on development of the customer proposition and the continuous improvement of sales and service to customers.
Candidates will be responsible, for supporting the mobile channel developments from strategy through to implementation, with particular emphasis on translating that vision into the documented business requirements of the services.
Responsibilities will cover a range of topics, including requirements documentation, tactical initiatives and developing services and propositions. There is a need for a strong analytical and or development capability to test and evaluate new propositions for their benefit to the customers and to the group. Our position as thought leaders on Mobile Internet strategy and development would make this an interesting role for people with an entrepreneurial or technical innovation focus.
The role connects many key stakeholders and candidates will need strong and flexible team working skills to engage successfully with Marketing, Group Technology, Product and other areas, to understand customer and operational requirements in order to develop the right propositions. Strong market awareness of developments in the technology industry would be of benefit.
Requirements
•E-commerce and on-line background through mobile phones, ideally within Financial services
•Mobile Telecoms experience in a customer proposition or strategy team
•Technological and Business understanding
•utilised a variety of Online and mobile delivery methods
•Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
•Responsibility for drafting project proposals, functional specifications, driving forward tactical initiatives, producing contract schedules
•A clear credit history is required along with the right to work in the UK- NO CCJs or defaults
Rates
Between £300-£500/day depending on experience
