My client who are a market leader in the field of mobile technologies are looking to recruit a highly experienced Java Developer. This role will be based in the city centre of Edinburgh and is a permanent position.
This role will involve working alongside other senior developers within the organisation to design, implement and test applications for both existing and new customers. This role will involve some customer facing work.
To be considered for this role it is essential to have experience in the following areas:
- Java
- RDBMS
- Web front end development
- SQL Server
Experience in the following areas would also be highly advantageous:
- Hibernate, Spring, JSP, Tomcat, and XML
This role will also require a candidate with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). 1st class problem solving abilities are also required for this role.
