| Job Description |
Working with my client to provide an Agresso Business Support Analyst for their Northern Office. Agresso knowledge preferred:
Responsibilities
• The role will be support focused including end user, month end process, system and business-focused support tasks.
• To work closely with the IT Helpdesk in maintaining and supporting business systems inline with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• To identify recurring issues and documenting fixes in order to hand over to Service Line.
• Act as the key contact between end users and system developers.
• To ensure end-user and technical support documentation is in place for all project and development releases.
• Assist with more complex 3rd line systems problems and queries (logged via a IT Helpdesk system)
Key Requirements
• Proven experience of supporting Agresso Business World 5.5 core modules including the following:
o Trouble shooting through detailed log files
o Understanding of Agresso management studio
o Basic Excelerator
o Batch Input/Maintenance
• Sound understanding of finance and accounting
• Experience of supporting various business systems including HRM, CRM and ECM.
• The position will be responsible for delivering services to internal and external clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to understand end-user requirements.
• Experience working with formal IT change control processes.
• Ability to present information and ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to accurately document both technical and non-technical concepts.
