BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGERS - YORKSHIRE/LONDON/SOUTH WEST - £50-80K (£100k Package)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a number of permanent Business Change Project / Programme Managers, you'll be part of a new team being developed for talent, to support the business transformation projects on a major integration programme. Full information of the opportunity is available however it may be an idea to call me directly to discuss however please review below and ensure you meet the criteria required.
Experience required: Depth of Experience in Delivering Major Change Projects/Programmes and have strong grounding in project methodology. Demonstrate end to end delivery across a wide range of projects and hold a track record in managing multi-million pound programmes with an estimated value between £3-5m plus. You will be recognised talent in your current organisation, be a natural born leader, be ambitious to develop and move onwards to director level within 2 years. You will have a track record in stakeholder management, leading teams, delivering change, planning & control, influencing/negotiation, problem solving and delivering change.
