My client a Multinational organisation is looking for a SAP Support Analyst to join their SAP support team. This role is a contract position and will be for an initial 12 months. This role will be based in Manchester.
This role will involve supplying end user support to a specific business unit. There will be a number of SAP modules supported within this role and these are:
- MM, PM, PP, HM and QM.
Knowledge in at least 3 of these modules is required for this role.
To be considered for this position it is also essential to have experience within the following areas:
- End-user support or IT helpdesk environment
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Excellent customer facing and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
