For clients wishing to utilise our services on an ad-hoc basis, our charges are negotiable depending on the nature of the work to be undertaken by the consultant.

We have expert knowledge of attracting candidates using both traditional and online methods. We advise on all aspects of which media route to select along with advert design and copy writing. This experience enables us to deliver on your volume recruitment needs.

Executive Search (Headhunting)
Recruitment Zone is entrenched in a number of market sectors and has very strong networks in place. This network is utilised along with other methodologies and techniques to find the best people in the market place for a particular role. Normally the individuals are not actively looking to leave their current organisation and are successful and happy where they are. We offer the means to approach these individuals with a view to taking them out of their current company and placing them with you.

Retained Services
Several of the world's largest recruiters commission our Consultants on a retained basis. The level of retainer is based on the specific nature of the services required. We predominantly have offered this service for permanent recruitment campaigns that we carry out for our clients. This is where we would look for our fee to be split and paid throughout the recruitment process. An initial payment would be made on our commencement of the assignment with the balance being payable in 2 further increments.

This process is attractive to clients because it gives a dedicated resource to operate exclusively to deliver all of our clients resourcing needs.

Managed Campaigns
As a registered advertising agency, Recruitment Zone is able to offer our clients the benefits of campaign management. We have an excellent track record in handling all aspects of a client’s campaign including producing job specifications, running opening days, placing press adverts. We are able to integrate seamlessly with your HR department and lighten the work load of recruitment campaigns. Pricing for such campaigns is available on request.

Imported Resource
As well as sourcing professionals within the UK, Recruitment Zone is able to offer our clients a comprehensive resource import service from Europe, via our Bratislava office. Under the direction of your account manager, we can assist you with arrangements for conducting the selection process in our offices or location of choice. Alternatively we can conduct the full selection process on your behalf from our office or European location of your choice.

Assessment Centre Solutions
An assessment centre is one of the most sophisticated selection methods available. It is a process incorporating group and individual exercises, tests and interviews for the measurement of performance against key criteria, which have been identified as critical to the success of a particular position, or level of management.

Having carried out literally thousands of assessment centres, we are well placed to offer assessment centre design, delivery and management across a multitude of positions.

As in-house processing can often be a costly and time inefficient method of looking after your temporary or contract resource. We can take this function off of your hands and offer the option to payroll these individuals.
